Prodigy: So Mr. Mic how long have you been in this rap game.

Mic: About 8 years man.

Prodigy: How hard is it for you to stay focused on your music career in an industry where you have so many people with different talents and some with no talent keep making it into the lime light and you have been doing this for 8 years now and still haven't made it to the radio?

Mic: Man I have been doing this thang for a loooooong time. Most of it has been on the underground scene cause people haven't been trying to hear me, but they had to recognize the skills sooner or later so I just kept grindin' man. I also hooked up with Y-5E because they personify the word "GRIND" in there efforts to make the underground as big as the main stream. They have helped some artist gain national recognition through their "GRIND" and mixtapes. They have a mixtape out now called the "Underground Railroad" that features 23 bangin tracks of which 3 are rocked by yours truely.

Prodigy: So in your own opinon how good is this mixtape and the efforts that Y-5 are providing for you?

Mic: A man this is from the heart...the shit is hot...Anyone that has heard the CD can vouch for that. Anyone that hasn't heard the CD is slippin on the underground. I would put this CD up against any CD that is out right now and I guarentee that it will win out.

Prodigy: Whoa...that's a big statement. Can you back up such boasting?

Mic: Put it like this...I have gone out to help promote this CD and my punch line is play the CD before you buy it...If you don't like it I'll pay you for wasting your time and listening to this....and I haven't lost a dollar yet. Prodigy: So why did they call it the Underground Railroad?

Mic: I think that that was a great name for this CD to signify the underground movement that is about to take place.
